    Welcome to learn more about vendor’s liability! 

    This basic course on vendor's liability introduces you to the basics of consumer protection and helps you grasp the fundamental concepts of vendor’s liability. The course covers the different stages of a sales event before, during and after the actual transaction takes place. After the course, you will know the different operators and their roles and responsibilities in a vendor’s operating environment.  

    The course consists of five steps that describe the sales process as a whole. By completing the exercises, you will master the different stages of consumer trade and learn how to act in each stage. You will get an idea of what a sales process entails when it is conducted in compliance with the provisions of consumer protection legislation.  

    After completing the basic course, you can continue your studies and improve your skills on the advanced course on vendor's liability.
