    Welcome to the advanced course on vendor’s liability! 

    Are you already familiar with the concepts and operating environment of vendor’s liability? Do you know what vendor’s liability means and where it is needed? If you answered yes, this course is for you.  

    During this advanced course, you get to practice compliance with vendor’s liability.  

    The course tasks will teach you about consumer protection and provide you with the skills to act in the most common sales situations in a way required by the law. You will also learn where to find information to resolve situations and problems related to trade and transactions. You will get the most out of this course if you have first completed the basic course on vendor's liability.

    • Knowledge of consumer protection benefits both the vendor and the consumer 

      When companies are familiar with the basic principles of consumer protection, their knowledge serves the interests of both consumers and companies. Companies tend to perform better when they are familiar with consumer protection and know how to apply the related principles in business planning, marketing, contracting and customer services. 

      Consumer protection competence creates savings in terms of both time and money and it allows companies to offer better customer services, as the potential problems can be resolved without uncertainties concerning the parties’ rights. Indeed, compliance with the relevant legislation facilitates the solving of problems.

      Stages of the sales process are worth knowing 

      A sales transaction consists of several stages, such as business planning, marketing, transaction, and customer service arrangements. The sales process is often presented as a path that leads to the customer becoming the buyer, user and customer of the service or product. Knowledge of the sales process and the related responsibilities improves the quality of customer service and makes it easier to comply with the provisions of the law in the different stages of the process.
